Meet Our Veterinarians

Timothy Lammers, DVM, DACVS-LA

Dr. Lammers grew up on a dairy farm in a small town in Idaho. He attended the University of Idaho, where he was a member of the college rodeo team. He went on to earn his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Washington State University in 2000 before relocating to Texas.

Following veterinary school, Dr. Lammers was accepted into the Texas A&M Large Animal Rotating Internship. Upon completion of his internship, he was selected for the Texas A&M Equine Surgery Residency program. In 2005, he became board certified in Equine Surgery by the American College of Veterinary Surgeons (ACVS).

Dr. Lammers spent six years in private equine referral practice before expanding his expertise to include small animal surgery. He is currently pursuing dual certification through the American College of Veterinary Surgeons in Small Animal Surgery. He has a strong passion for surgery in both equine and small animal patients and is committed to providing advanced surgical care across species.

While Dr. Lammers enjoys all aspects of surgery, orthopedics is his primary area of interest.

Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Lammers enjoys spending time with his wife, Brenda, and their three children, Bodee, Judd, and LaRessa. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and making memories with his family
